Shoprite at The Shoppes at Cinnaminson

Description

Franchisee required “in-line” supermarket providing the latest amenities including café, shop-from home pick-up and pharmacy Porte-cochere for pick-up with aesthetic in keeping with center’s – “modern industrial”. 
Design used predetermined site areas to house “open-air” drive-thru to balance entry.  “Common-sense” energy conservation used natural lighting, zoned HVAC, variable speed refrigeration compressors and “smart-panel” electrical sub-panel systems. 
Main entry was designed as atrium in lieu of vestibule for energy conservation and advertising.  Project was completed within estimated scheduled without labor delays and with a 5% overage due to client changes outside tight documentation of original scope.
