Senior Living at Villa Raffaella

Description

Renovation required documentation based upon field conditions to solve a poorly constructed and documented expansion as well as an existing occupied assisted living facility without dismantling the entire structure.  DRCA sorted thru previous Design/Build documentation, analyzed construction, conducted talks with DCA and township to develop renovation documentation to fix/complete the original scope.  DRCA addressed not only building code issues but uncovered and expedited Planning Board approvals of site plan errors caused by the previous builder. 

DRCA using Integrated Project Delivery to resolve construction issues including deficient structure and non code compliant electrical and plumbing systems to reach an opening date requested by the client, Sisters of Mercy. This project was completed on budget and without extras for the scope of work determined.
