Description
KIMCO Realty (landlord)/ Super G (tenant) required phased construction/upgrade of older center with Super G inserted in place of demolished K Mart. Clients, one requiring modern coloration’s, other minimal upgrade, wanted “refurbished” appearance but project demanded reuse of existing forms.
Super G’s brick pillared entry tower, “post and fence” banding at front and screen wall utilizing saved K Mart brick, cream colored E.I.F.S. sign fascia and Forest Green standing seam canopy delivered “fitted” major tenant to center. Cream colored high E.I.F.S. tenant and Super G low fascias and white colonnaded canopy at Super G provided a “blend” of the two phases of this project yet achieved project goals.
Sidewalk brick pattern arrangement, screen wall planter bed, tower metal halide accent corner lights and gutter/downspout reorganization to eliminate water damage complete center’s refurbishment.
