First time developer’s continued extrapolation of hi-tech park’s “Pin Wheel” building site pattern reusing systems in less complex forms to create signature facility rivaling previously executed Atrium I. Inverted red “U” airlock embeds in tinted glass of atrium, which fades into monolithic 4-sided silicon glazed “Slab” serving as reflective foil for Atrium I. To interlock with Atrium III, a soft curved 2-sided silicon glazed exterior spans above a colonnaded portico. Office areas Office areas are linked to the enclosure by a sky lit atrium with views of the three storey curtain wall and five storey patterned tile wall. Aluminum bannered ceilings, granite floors, interior mullions, two and four-sided silicon glazed curtain wall systems, a ‘low bounce’ composite floor system, V.A.V.H/C system, and key entry complete the facility detailing.
